- With the introduction of the International Championship, the decision to allow Madwoman Szalinski to vacate the TV title in exchange for a shot at the World Championship, and the higher-than-anticipated level of competition in the Pure Division; management has decided that rather than find new contenders for this title, they will rather retire the championship similar to how the Nomad Title was retired after Terra Walker's injury and forfeiture of said back in September. Contenderships for these belts are being determined currently, with ideas regarding an official ranked system for the Pure Division being floated around in some circles.
- PASHA is currently still in recovery from his injury, confirmed now to be a full break of both the fibia and tibula bones of the leg. It is being negotiated to find ways for Pasha to remain with the company in a non-wrestling role, as the feeling at the present time is that Pasha may not wish to return even once he does get back to one hundred percent. Several ideas have been discussed, with management very receptive to Pasha's proposals thus far. Pasha is 'over' on both sides of the curtain, and everyone is more than thrilled to have him involved with the company - if for any other reason, just so they can all get to hang out with him more often.
- With the next supershow card set for December 15th in Anchorage, Alaska as a dual-promotion event with Alpha Pro Wrestling, the plan moving forward is to continue cross-promotion with other companies. Trinity has synchronized many of its events with Five Boroughs Wrestling in New York City, as well as Madhouse Media. As expected, they are also forced to run head-to-head with others, or force some serious travel issues (for example, Action Wrestling airs their events on Monday nights while Trinity Wrestling's shows air on Tuesdays.) With one of the founding mission statements of Trinity Wrestling to be the growth of cooperation within the industry, talks are being made to discuss Trinity's future as an independent brand and as part of an interpromotional community.
- Another thing that has been brought up is the potential of oversaturation of the Trinity product. To that end, the company is considering backing down into only airing a live Sin every other week, with some smaller arena shows being taped and various matches aired on a so-called "B-show". This show would be in a more condensed format than the full-on cameras-always-rolling production associated with Trinity thus far. However, it would allow some workers to honor outside committments and not be forced to choose between a Trinity booking and one elsewhere. The taped show would allow storylines to remain relevant through other pretaped segments and interviews, as well as give those who want the extra dates with the company the opportunity to do so.
- As with most if not all decisions, management plans to sit down with the roster over the next few days and poll everybody on their concerns and thoughts leading to the direction Trinity Wrestling goes. The company has also been founded on a cornerstone of transparency with their employees, not wishing to make any major decisions impacting their lives or careers without their input first.
