Lex Collins vs Jock "The Cock" Wilson“COCK A DOODLE DOOOOOOOOOO”
Alara: The following match is the main event of the evening! On his way to the ring, weighing 210 pounds… Jock “The Cock” Wilson!
The telltale sounds of a rooster’s call echoes throughout the arena before Do you think I’m Sexy” hits the PA system and the lights dims, and a red glittering marple leap appears on the titentron pulsing with the beat of the song, before Martina struts through the curtain, this time dressed in a light gray low cut police uniform complete with cap, sunglasses and handcuffs which were dangling playfully from her fore finger as she looks out at the crowd smacking gum before as finally The Cock Of The Walk finally surfer walks his way on the stage singing the lyrics of the song to himself all too happy to smirk and strut his stuff, winking at any lady he finds as he makes is way down the ramp followed closely by Martina whose taking her time checking nearby for” contraband” before he makes his way onto the steps and towards the ropes, he lowers himself between the middle of the ropes spreading his legs and giving a sleazy wink at the crowd before stepping into the ring, making his way to the corner, climbing it, spreading her arms wide trying to start a “Jock is Cock” chant meanwhile Martina Adams has pushed the ref in the corner and begun ferociously patting down him shouting at him she’s going to find his concealed weapon, before the ref eventually gets away, leaving Martina to retreat to the corner.
Case: This is quite the character, Trey! He’s got a big opportunity tonight against the #1 Contender to the World Championship!
Trey: This seems like a fine tune-up match but we all know Thomas Snow is in the building, watching this match very closely.
Alara: And his opponent, billed from ‘The Open Road’... give a warm welcome to Trinity Wrestling’s number one contender… “THE NOMAD”... LEX COLLINS!!!
The lights dim, and the sound of a heartbeat fills the silence, growing a little louder and faster before being replaced with a driving rock beat. "Re-Education (Through Labor)" by Rise Against kicks into gear over the arena sound system, getting an ear-splitting huge pop from the female fans in attendance. Orange and red spotlights fade up slowly, like the sun rising to reveal a fire in the sky, illuminating a silhouette. Lex Collins stands with his head bowed and pauses before raising his arms, thrusting them directly into the path of the spotlights, his fingers extended to make double peace signs. The crowd erupts into cheers yet again as his shadow looms large down the ramp. The lights grow brighter as he makes his way to the ring and by the time he arrives, it's as though the sun has risen and morning has broken. He pauses for a few selfies with fans before hopping up on the apron. Grinning at the crowd, he presses his right fist over his heart to a huge pop before turning and springing over the rope.
Case: I really hope he doesn’t allow his focus to deviate tonight! Jock “The Cock” Wilson will look to exploit every advantage he can get!
Trey: That sounds creepy and predatory, Case. You should really choose your words carefully.
The referee calls for the bell, Collins and Wilson wasting no time diving after one another, with Wilson looking to decapitate Collins from the get go with a clothesline. Collins ducks, runs to the ropes and connects with a running enziguri. Quick to his feet, he attempts to capitalize on Wilson, who answers him with a hard running high knee. Back to his feet, he prances around the number one contender, and Wilson kicks Collins hard in the stomach, planting him on the mat with a back body drop.
Trey: What a thud!
Case: Perfect execution there.
Wilson wastes no time kicking Collins repeatedly in the ribs before pulling him back to his feet by the arm. He musters the strength to land an elbow to Wilson’s midsection, following through with several forearm strikes to Wilson's face. He catches Jock off guard with a massive uppercut, whipping him into the ropes and hitting him hard in the face with a stiff dropkick. Pulling him back to his feet once more, Collins lifts Jock up on his shoulders for a powerbomb, but Wilson counters and adjusts to straddling the back of his neck, where he gyrates a little…
Trey: This… is sooo wrong, Case.
Case: You were the one talking this buffoon up, Trey.
He rolls over the top with a victory roll, cradling the leg!

Collins kicks out!
Trey: Almost stole the victory after… what do you even call that? Hip thrusts?
Case: Do you have any Lysol wipes? I’m sure Lex needs ‘em.
Neither opponent wastes any time getting up to their feet, a lock up ensuing quickly afterward. Collins is visibly frustrated by the shenanigans at this point, and is able to manage the upperhand, grabbing Wilson by the back of the neck and nearly breaking his nose with a vicious knee to face! Wrapping one arm around his head, he uses the ropes to execute a springboard DDT, Wilson's face bouncing off of the mat. Collins wastes no time in trying to cover, hooking the leg.

Wilson kicks out.
Trey: That DDT almost did it, Case!
Case: Maybe it’ll knock some sense into him.
Showing slight signs of impatience, Collins kicks Wilson while he's down, driving boot after boot into his ribs. He looks to land a standing moonsault, landing ribs first onto Wilson's knees. Pulling Collins to his feet, Wilson drops him down with a neck crack suplex. Without missing a beat, he whips Collins to the corner, following him in with a huge clothesline. He then starts delivering knife edge chops!

But Collins catches the next one and traps Wilson’s arms, delivering a brutal headbutt to his nose! Collins forcibly pulls Wilson into the corner inside, applying a stiff back elbow to his jaw. Collins digs a boot into the throat of Wilson, using the top rope to apply the pressure even harder. The referee calls for him to break the hold, Collins backing away., only to come at Wilson once more with several kicks to the midsection, and back to the boot on the throat. He grabs Jock’s feet, tripping him up, and positioning his neck under the bottom rope. He drops back, nearly decapitating Wilson with a springboard guillotine!
Trey: And Lex Collins is getting a little ruthless here now!
Case: He’s tired of the games, Trey. I don’t blame him.
Collins drags Wilson away from the ropes by his feet, shooting for side control and locking in his WRECKAGE Fujiwara armbar. Wilson fights, reaching for the ropes as much as he can, Collins inching him further away. He leans back further, Wilson screaming in agonizing pain, reaching for the bottom rope with all of his might. Somehow, he manages to inch close enough to wrap his hand around the bottom rope, the referee calling for Collins to break the hold.
Trey: C’mon, Lex! Don’t get yourself disqualified!
Case: Lex Collins is a veteran in that ring. He knows what buttons to push. That’s what I like best about him going toe-to-toe with the rookie champion.
Collins’ releases Wilson from the hold, kicking him hard on his shoulder, just a bit of insult to injury. He flips Wilson onto his back, grabbing a wristlock. He places a heel in the bend of Wilson’s elbow, lifts his arm and sends it crashing into the mat!
Wilson is slow to his feet, Collins quicker and waiting. Collins goes for a spear, Wilson side stepping and sending Collins head first into the middle turnbuckle. Wilson capitalizes, grabbing Collins and tossing him across the ring with his repeated Jock Plexes! On the last one, he bridges!

Collins kicks out!
Frustrated, he quickly gets to his feet, the two of them coming to blows mid-ring. Wilson hits Collins hard in the jaw, to which he answers with his own left hook. The two battle it out, Wilson backing Collins into the corner. Kneeing him hard several times, Wilson closes in on Collins, grabbing him by the neck. Somehow, Collins manages to counter!
Trey: Looks like he’s setting him up!
Case: This is goodnight.
Tossing Wilson into the corner and laying shoulders hard into his ribs. He turns him around, slamming his face into the top turnbuckle… he takes several steps back and charges forward, landing his hard running knee strike that then transitions into a bulldog!
Case: SYSTEMIC BREAKDOWN 2.0!!!
Trey: This one is over, folks.

Rise Against hits the speakers as Lex Collins stands up in the center of the ring, raising his arms to the crowd! He gives Jock a kick for good measure, sending him out of the ring to the canvas before grabbing the microphone out of Alara Miles’ hand!
Lex Collins: Cut the music!
The fans fade to a hush as Lex puts the microphone up his mouth.
Lex: What you saw tonight is just a glimpse of what I’m going to do at The Big Time, when I take what’s rightfully mine! Thomas Snow is not a World Champion. He’ll never BE a World Champion! He hasn’t earned his stripes like I have, so come on out here, Thomas! Let’s give these fans what they want! A preview of Big Time! Of me kicking your ass all over this ring!
Lex waits in the ring for a few seconds, trying to egg the crowd on! They begin chanting “LEX LEX LEX LEX LEX” and when Thomas Snow doesn’t answer the challenge, Lex shakes his head in disappointment.
Lex: I knew you were a bitch, Thomas…
Case: Jesus!
Lex: But I didn’t realize you were a coward, too. Get out here!
Trey: Lex Collins is going low tonight!
Still no music.
Lex: What’s the matter… daddy got your tongue?
This finally draws Thomas Snow out onto the ramp, holding onto the World Championship strap and with his father, Alex, by his side! Lex starts motioning for Thomas to come down the ramp but Alex is in his ear. Surprising everyone, Thomas tells Alex to go backstage and begins descending the ramp! The fans are going crazy!
Trey: Lex asked for it… we are going to get it!
Snow is about halfway down the ramp now and Lex is getting antsy, yelling “COME ON!” to Thomas! Thomas attempts to slide into the ring but Lex kicks at the bottom rope, discouraging the champ from jumping into the lion’s den!
: STOP! NOT HERE! NOT LIKE THIS!!
An unrecognizable voice is heard over the loud-speaker, stopping both Thomas and Lex in their tracks! Appearing on the top of the ramp with a microphone in hand is the head of talent relations, Ian Cavanagh, dressed in a sharp three-piece suit! He’s running down the ramp and nearly trips over his own feet but ends up in Thomas’ face, putting a hand up to his chest. He slowly climbs up the steps with Thomas Snow following closely behind, serving as a blockade to the amped up Lex Collins! Snow has an arrogant grin on his face.
Ian Cavanagh: Lex, we go back a long way, and I know personally how vicious you can be when you’re like this. I’m asking you this as a competitor… as a colleague… as a friend… save it for the Big Time.
Lex Collins shakes his head no, slamming a fist into his paw.
Ian Cavanagh: Then you know what? I’m TELLING you this as one of the people who signs your damn paychecks! If you so much as TOUCH Thomas Snow in the next two weeks… consider this World Championship opportunity…
A pause.
Ian Cavanagh: GONE!
The fans begin booing as Lex Collins is going absolutely irate at this point! He reluctantly agrees and starts exiting the ring.
Ian Cavanagh: I’m glad we’re on the same page now, Lex. But I’ll tell you what, since you want each other’s heads so bad… why don’t we add a little extra fun to this? No holds barred, NO DISQUALIFICATION, for the World Heavyweight Championship!
The fans erupt in cheers as Lex Collins finally has a smile on his face! Even Thomas Snow is excited about the new stipulation.
Ian: This will not be set in stone until --
He motions for Lex to reenter the ring. He obliges.
Ian: --- you shake on it.
Ian Cavanagh is really testing the two competitors now but Lex comes in, face to face with Thomas Snow. The two are mouthing words to each other as Ian gets close to monitor. Snow finally extends a hand and Collins grips it tightly, pulling him chest to chest!
Case: There you have it, folks! We are rolling through to The Big Time in two weeks, and we have just found out that it will be a no disqualification match!
Trey: The Nomad Title will also be on the line as Terra Walker attempts to regain it from New York CruZe!
Case: And a Ladder match! Duncan Aries puts up his Television championship against Pasha, Persephone, Solomon Graham, and Benjamin John Beaufort!
Trey: And don’t forget the surprise challenge in an Action Wrestling showcase! Claire Hawkins versus Miss All-In, Lissie Hope!
Case: All that and more! Join us in two weeks for The Big Time!
The show comes to a close with Lex and Thomas still face to face in the center of the ring.
