After the Remembrance rumble was over, Toni Beasley sat inside the passenger seat of her rental car. Her mind was racing over how the event had went for everyone. She replayed her performance in her mind as a smile forms across her lips. Her friend Olivia Rockwell had joined as her sister wasn’t clear to be ringside. The two were just sitting inside the car as Olivia places her hand on Toni’s shoulder.

”You did great tonight,” Olivia says as Toni can’t stop smiling. ”I am proud of what I was able to do out there. Even though I spent most of the match on the outside, I still managed to last till the end,” Toni replies. ”I guess we should make our way to D.C.,” Olivia suggests as Toni nods her head in agreement. Both women reach behind them and put their seat belts across their body. After latching them into place, Olivia turns the key, puts the car into reverse and proceeds to leave the parking lot.

As they travel down the road, Toni and Olivia are poorly singing along with the radio while trying to keep each other awake. It’s almost seven in the morning as Olivia finally pulls into the Best Western in Bethesda. Toni lets out a sigh while stretching her arms out. Olivia just shakes her head as the two step out of the vehicle. Olivia walks into the Best Western hoping they have a vacancy. As she is doing that, Toni pulls out her phone to give Phineas Black a call. After three rings, he finally answers as Toni looks a little sleepy. ”You look like shit,” Phineas comments as Toni looks at him. ”I haven’t got much sleep so I will watch what you say next,” Toni warns him as Phineas gulps a little. He knew first hand what Toni was like with little sleep.

”What’s up?” he asks her as Toni chuckles. ”How’s my sister?” she answers as he just looks at her. ”She’s a pain in the ass,” Phineas responds as Toni can’t contain her laughter. ”I saw your performance in the Rumble. I’m proud of the progress you have made since your debut,” he compliments as Toni smiles. ”Thanks but I feel that’s only just the beginning,” she tells him. Phineas knows how hard Toni has worked to be on her own and knows she will do whatever it takes to achieve greatness. ”Have you got a chance to look at Jason Ryan?” he asks as Toni rolls her eyes. ”I’m dead on my feet and you are grilling me about that muppet of a man,” Toni recants as Phineas shrugs his shoulders.

As they continue their conversation, Olivia comes walking out with a slight smile on her face. ”I have good news and bad news,” she shares as Toni lifts her eyes up from her phone screen. ”Just tell me, I’m too tired to guess the news,” Toni replies as Olivia lets a yawn slip. ”Good news, there is a vacancy but it won’t be ready till three in the afternoon,” Olivia states as Toni couldn’t believe it. Her jaw dropped as Phineas clears his throat. ”Do you have a solution Phineas?” she asks him. ”I googled your location and there is a Motel 6 right next to the best western and it has a vacancy right now,” he answers.

Toni and Olivia nod their heads while getting back into the car. Toni finishes the conversation as her mind is already beginning to race. ”What’s on your mind Toni?” Olivia asks. ”I’m thinking about that turd blossom,” Toni answers as Olivia let’s out a laugh. Olivia drives a little past the Best Western but is shocked to see nothing standing next to it. ”I am going to kill him,” Olivia says as Toni just shakes her head. Olivia continues down the highway but has to stop at the red light. Olivia is cursing under her breath while trying to find a place to sleep before she gets super cranky. As this is going on, Toni is looking out the window as she envisions herself standing over a bloody Jason Ryan. The sight brings a slight chuckle to her voice as she leans her head back against the seat. Olivia is starting to show a little road rage as Toni closes her eyes.

Now that the Remembrance rumble is behind us, we can all look forward to the next major pay per view. Until then, my focus will solely be on that muppet of a man known as Jason Ryan. I wonder how you felt when your entire world came crashing down. I mean, you were tossed the fuck out way before Cerise entered the ring. It must have stung your massive ego. Unfortunately, your string of bad luck will continue as I look to expand on my performance from the rumble.

Toni pauses while turning in her seat. Her face is pointed towards the car door as her eyes remain closed.

If you had told me that I would have finished the rumble in the top ten. I would have laughed in your face. Then it happened and now I am on a high. It’s one of those highs that I don’t want to stop for anything. Jason Ryan probably believes that his championship is safe because Maggie Lockheart will probably choose to go after the world championship or the horrorcore championship. Well, there’s a scenario you didn’t see coming. I could kick your ass so bad that I will be named number one contender. I mean that is the plan right. I don’t see you getting past me. I don’t care that you are a champion. I’ve proven that I can hang with the best of them. You don’t make the top ten without some kind of merit.

Toni stretches her arms out while staying in the position she is in currently. Olivia looks over at her occasionally just to make sure Toni isn’t in an awkward position.

On the surface, you are an imposing figure but you rely way too much on that spear of yours. If I took that away from you by attacking your legs and arms then that spear won’t be as effective. You’re not like me. I have multiple ways to put you down. I have multiple ways of keeping you down. I am well aware that I have things to work on like my temper but trust me Jason. Once that bell sounds, I’m going to be all over like Deion Sanders covering Jerry Rice. I’m going to rock your world like Mike Tyson in his prime. This match is more about me than it is about you. You see, I will make your life miserable. After I kick most of your teeth out of your mouth, I will take that belt off you as well. The rumble unleashed the beast that had been dormant. You have no idea what I can do inside that ring. You will after I leave you lying on your back with your eyes glossed over. Then when you finally come too, you will know that it was TONI TIME.
