Character Name: Scratch Strange
Nickname: "Street Rat"
Hometown: Melbourne, Australia
Height: 6'1"
Weight: 190 lbs.
Alignment: Babyface
In-Ring Style: Scratch Strange is naturally driven to push the boundaries of the status quo and explore the unknown. His agility is his most impressive trait. He isn't afraid to roll, twist, slide, or jump out of harm's way - or to put himself in position for his next attack. His offense mostly consists of acrobatic lucha-libre and fast, dangerous strikes. He'll occasionally use submissions, but only if he knows a flashy transition into them.
Bio: Scratch Strange was raised by the anarchistic punk-rock scene that thrives in Melbourne, Australia. He spent his weekend at shows where the music was played over blown-out speakers in sweaty urban basements. What he took away from that lifestyle, though, was more than just a collection of records. It's where he found his do-it-yourself attitude. It's where he found his morality, and the belief to love those around you as passionately as you can and to do whatever you can to make the world a better place. After getting some black eyes in different mosh pits throughout the territory of Victoria, Scratch realized that he could take a punch... And throw one, too. He began training to compete in a wrestling ring, and his willingness to throw his body around haphazardly was a danger to himself and others. Fans instantly took to his scrappiness and authenticity, and they've had his back throughout the basement-show world tour that has led him to Revo1.
Attire: Scratch's ring attire looks like what you might expect to see someone wearing in a mosh pit at a punk rock show, as he stays true to his roots. He wears a denim vest covered in various graphic patches, and long tights that look like they could be worn-out ripped jeans. He still wears at least some wrestling gear, though; Scratch wrestles with old, beaten-up kickpads on and will always tape up his hands and wrists.
Theme song: "Blunt Force Marijuana" by niiice.
Pic Base: Kyle O'Reilly
Entrance: The first snare drum beats of "Blunt Force Marijuana" blast over the arena's P/A system and the lights begin to flash, zooming violently across the ocean of fans. Scratch Strange bursts through the curtain, caught in a storm of his own infectious hype. Strange paces excitedly from one end of the stage to the other before taking a sudden running start and diving into the adoring crowd, who help him surf along towards the ring as they sing along to the "oh-oh-oh's" of his theme song.

How Often does this character cheat to win?: Only as justified comeuppance (i.e. his opponent attempts to cheat first.)
Extra character info (mannerisms, etc.) that match writers should know: Scratch moves differently than others, so instead of ducking things, he might roll underneath them. He also may do unique movements like a top rope cartwheel or diving through the corner just to get around - in other words, he doesn't need to do those DDTs, but he may do similar movements to get away or get closer to his opponents. Feel free to mix and match them with his moves if you can imagine ways that fit!
