Commentator: Look at this little lady go! I don't think anyone can stop the newcomer, Sierra!
Sierra laid into her opponent with a flurry of lightning-quick punches and uppercuts. As he was stunned, Sierra kicked him in the gut and laid him out with a facebuster. She quickly got to her feet and scaled the top turnbuckle.
Commentator: She's going to the top... could this be- WOAH!
Sierra flew through the air, hitting her opponent with a beautiful Swanton!
Commentator: I believe she calls that Silver Sun Rising! Executed to perfection!
Sierra covers her opponent as the referee begins counting.

Announcer: Here is your winner! Sierra!... Silver!
Sierra rose to her feet and met with the referee, who raised her arm in victory. She rolled out of the ring and met with her friends, Thomas Snow and Cooper Strumm, who were cheering her on at ringside. The three celebrated for a few moments before she made her way back to the backstage area.

Sierra walked out of the locker room when she was greeted by Thomas and Cooper, both clapping for her, causing her to giggle and playfully push Cooper.
"Relax guys, it wasn't anything special."
"You nailed it, Si. You made everyone out there love you."
"It's my first night, just the beginning. I'm gonna have to do a hell of a lot more to keep their attention."
"And you will. They'll all be screaming your name in no time."
"If you say so... Anyways, how're you feeling, Tommy?"
"This night isn't about me, Si."
"Please. You got a world title match coming up, all that shit with your dad, you're like the most important guy in this town right now."
Thomas shrugged.
"Forget about me. Let's go out and celebrate."
Sierra chuckled a bit.
"Celebrate what? My victory over a jobber? Lord roll out the parade for little old me."
"You won in your debut. Not everyone can say that."
"Whatever! Let's just go back and play more 2K. That's how I want to 'celebrate'."
"Now that's a good idea."
The three got into an Uber and made their way back to Cooper's apartment. As they rode, Thomas gazed out the window, taking in all the scenery that rushed by. He was well aware this was the calm before the storm. Things were about to get real crazy... He wasn't sure if he could handle it by himself...
"Tommy... Yo, Tommy boy. You still with us?"
Thomas came back to reality. He suddenly glanced over to Sierra, who was sat next to him in the back seat.
"Yeah? What's up?"
"You never answered my question. How are you feeling?"
He had to think for a second... How was he feeling? He felt tired, a long day of running around and only surviving this long on cup after cup of coffee. He felt proud of his best friend for finally working her way up in the business. He was nervous about his match at Bad Moon Rising... worried about what his father was going to do...
"Jeez, that complicated?"
Thomas finally gave up trying to process his feelings and nodded in agreeance.
"All good, dude. You got a lot going on. Just know that I'm behind you all the way."
"Same!" Cooper called from the front seat.
A sudden wave of warmth came over Thomas. He knew he had good friends in Sierra and Cooper, but he never really realized the amount of support they could give him when he was at his lowest... It made his impending future seem less daunting.
"And don't you worry about whatever shit your dad has to say. Nothing he has to say will make those fans feel any different towards you. Those people are fanatic for you, any petty bullshit he has to say means nothing."
"Are you sure?"
"Hell yeah, dude. he ain't got nothing on you. Just focus on those three asshats you have to face at Bad Moon Rising."
Thomas nodded, that warm feeling growing within him. He gave both of them a warm smile before returning to gazing out into the night sky.
After quite a long drive from the school gymnasium, the trio exited the vehicle and made their way inside. As Sierra went to put her bag away, Thomas and Cooper sat down to set up a game of AW 2K19. As Sierra returned and took her spot on the couch, Cooper set up a triple threat between the three.
"So, who's who?"
"I got Lockhart. Dude's overpowered."
"Give me Lissie. She's like, my favorite."
"Perfect, then I'm taking Vayden."
The three selected their characters and began the match. Cooper took the early advantage on Thomas while Sierra bided her time on the outside.
Thomas quickly took over, managing to fend off both of the higher leveled characters. He nailed his character's signature moves on both of his opponents before successfully rolling Cooper up for the victory. Thomas threw his arms into the air in victory as the other two rolled their eyes in mock annoyance.
"Damn, Thomas you just don't lose, do you?"
"When you grow up with only one real friend, you need to keep yourself occupied when she's too busy to play. So, video games."
"In other words... You're a lonely nerd."
Thomas chuckled as Sierra playfully punched his arm.
Cooper chuckled at his friends' playfulness. He set his controller down, got up, and took his phone out of his pocket.
"Y'all are cute and all, but I think it's time we get this video for Thomas done, yeah?"
Thomas nodded. He placed his controller next to Cooper's, got up and stood in front of him. Cooper switched his phone to camera mode and pointed it at his friend. Sierra quickly got up and rushed over to Cooper's side, wanting to get a good look at the shot.
"All right, Thomas. Whenever you're ready."
Thomas nodded and sighed, beginning to compose his thoughts. He thought about his opponents. Abbi Stein, Graham Clauson... Lex Collins. He thought about what his father would want him to say. Should he go with that?
Eventually, he shook his head. No, this was his time. This time, it was coming straight from the heart. No longer would he allow anyone else to manipulate his thoughts...
After a few long moments, Thomas nodded at Cooper, who pressed the red button, starting the video.
"Once again, I'm considered the underdog in this match despite being the only challenger to have held the title before. Everyone correlates age with experience. I'm nineteen years old. Not even old enough to drink. I guess that means I'm wide-eyed and baby faced, no meaningful experience in this business. But what everyone seems to forget is that I've been doing this for nearly five years.
That's right, five years. Since I was fifteen years old I have dedicated everything to pro wrestling. Since then, I've wowed my home crowd, won a tag team championship with my best friend, as well as becoming the face of this very company, winning it's world title before I even turned twenty.
How does that make you all feel? I've accomplished something in five years that took you your entire careers to achieve... if you even accomplished it at all. I am the first Trinity world champion, something that you can't take from me. I am the youngest Trinity world champion, something that will not change anytime soon. And at Bad Moon Rising, I will become the first two-time world champion in this company's history.
All that being said, I understand why people would think I am weak. I allowed myself to submit to the whims of my father for far too long. I was a puppet on a string controlled by him, all because I was ignorant enough to believe he was doing it for my benefit. But that's in the past. I'm stronger, I'm smarter, I am more dangerous now that I'm on my own...
Except, I'm not on my own. I now have the support of people that actually have my best interests in mind. People who aren't looking to make themselves famous at my expense. Sierra, Cooper and I are all looking out for each other's goals. We are a unit, we thrive off of each other's success.
Let me ask you Lex, Graham, Abbi... Can you say that? Can you say that you have friends like mine, friends that are as loyal and have your back as much as mine? If you lose, will they pick you up, dust you off, and walk with you to the next challenge? Or will they shrug their shoulders and leave you to handle it on your own?
I'm sure some of you believe leaning on your friends makes you weak, but I think it makes me even stronger. I recognize my limitations, I know what I am and am not capable of. But with a couple of strong people lending me their strength... I can do anything. That includes climbing the mountain once again and winning the Trinity World championship for the second time.
Not only do my friends have my back, but so do the fans. I was led astray, taken off my path and led the wrong way. Yet not one of those people ever gave up hope on me. For that, I will be forever grateful. I could lose every match I ever compete in. As long as I have even one person who believes in me, it will all be worth it. That's why, no matter what the outcome is, I'll be a winner.
And so, in closing, I want to say it's going to be a good match. Everyone involved is elite. No matter who wins, I'm sure they'll deserve it... See you at Bad Moon Rising."
Cooper pressed stop on his phone, ending the video. Sierra clapped and smiled.
"That was great, T."
"Hell yeah. Way better than that shit your dad had you sayin'."
Thomas shrugged, a small smile crossing his face.
"That's 'cause I meant it. Every word."
Cooper and Sierra both put an around Thomas and embracing him into a group hug.
"Well, you're right. We got your back every step of the way. Whether you're holding that belt up high or on your back looking up at the lights, we're with you, Tommy."
"But... let's just pray it's the former."
All three shared a little chuckle.
"Yeah, I think it will be."
Suddenly, Sierra's phone began to ring. She excused herself to her room as she answered the call. A few moments after her door closed, Thomas' phone went off as well. A short yet sharp tone alerting him of a text message. The ID simply read: Dad
"Enjoy your night at Bad Moon Rising... It's going to be your last good day."
Thomas' expression became solemn upon reading that. But, his mood was quickly brought back up when Cooper patted him on the back and brought him in for a tight side hug. All of his worries quickly being pushed away.
The two sat on the couch and picked up their controllers and began a 1v1 game. Halfway into their match, Sierra reemerged with a huge smile on her face.
"Good call?"
"Yep!"
"Care to elaborate?"
Sierra shook her head.
"Maybe later. Let's focus on Tommy for now."
