Before Sin
We see live outside the arena, a few hours before tonight's show. Jerika Mason and her camera man are running towards the parking lot.
Jerika: Are you rolling, we need to be ready as soon as we get to...
She stops talking as they come upon the scene. Medical personnel are working on a bloody and unconscious Jin Min-jun, as Sora Weaver is standing around looking concerned. Jerika approaches Sora cautiously.
Jerika: Sora, what's happening? What happened to Jin?
Sora: I don't know. We both arrived at the arena together, and as we were heading in I got a phone call. I dropped back to take it, and when I came back I found him like this.
Jerika: So you don't know who attacked him?
Sora: If I did would I be standing here talking to you? No I'd be...
Sora looks down at the paramedics working, noticing something. He squats down, looking at Jin's left hand. There's a large cut across the palm of it, dried blood sitting around where he was cut.
Sora: I'd be doing something about it...excuse me...
Sora storms into the building, blowing right by Jerika and company. A stretcher comes into the scene, and it fades to black as the crew gets Jin Min-jun onto the stretcher and into a waiting ambulance.

A hush falls over the crowd as a replay of Jin being loaded into the ambulance plays. Trey Graham and Case Mitchell are both seen.
Trey: Word is the main event may now be a handicap match.
Case: For once, I don't know what to say. I am simply speechless.
The tron cuts to the office of Kylie Moore. She looks on, her face a little red from presumably crying.
Kylie: This business is unpredictable. An investigation is being performed so that we can catch whoever did this. We wish Jin a speedy recovery.
As it pertains to tonight's main event, Jin Min-Jun was set to do amazing things. He still will if and when he returns. We have secured a replacement for Jin in the main event. Tonight will be the debut of Kai Morgan. With that... On with the show.
The tron shuts off as we prepare for an International Title number one contendership match.

Angelo was the crowd's clear favorite for this match, as he was the only one of the three to get a positive reaction (and a rather good one at that.) Even his mentor, Mr. Berlusconi, was well received by the capacity crowd. If Angelo was happy about this, he didn't show it outwardly. He remained focused and only did some warm-up stretches in the corner.
As a stark contrast, Jason Ryan was nearly booed out of the building when he entered the arena. A fan holding up a Revo1 t-shirt finds it taken from him, stomped on, and thrown back into the crowd. Jason Ryan says to a camera just before going up the ring steps, "I'm just here auditiioning for a job at Project Honor, fuck these people" and enough people in the front rows heard him say this that it turned his heat from hot to searing.
Cerise, and subsequently the Left Hand along with her, entered together...and despite Dream and Anya not being in the match, all three enter the ring at the same time. Immediately, the referee demands Cerise's stablemates leave the ring. None of them seem to be willing to comply. Then out of nowhere, Dream rushes at Jason Ryan. As Jason had his back turned to them briefly, he doesn't see the dropkick coming. Anya and Cerise both go towards Angelo with kicks, knocking him back to the ropes as well. Mr. Berlusconi shows some ring awareness and is able to quickly step through the ropes, something you would not expect of a non-combatant of his stature.
Jason Ryan, now facing the former Revo1 World Champion in the corner, defends against Dream's forearm shots. Anya and Cerise prepare to do a double clothesline, but Angelo ducks...and Mr. Berlusconi, on the ring apron, pulls down the top rope! Cerise and Anya spill out to the floor! Meanwhile, Jason has caught one of Dream's strikes and with a pair of straight right hands, is able to get his back off the turnbuckles and get some offense. The unmistakable crack of a steel chair being closed stops everyone in their tracks. Anya, rising to her feet, slides a second chair to Cerise as she stands up. Both ladies now have steel chairs, and aren't looking for a place to sit down.
The referee has enough. He points at Cerise, looking her directly in the eyes, and ejects her with the grace of a MLB umpire. The crowd celebrates like the Berlin Wall just fell down on top of Jeffrey Epstein. Revo1 security is instructed to remove the Left Hand from ringside, and this triple threat match will now be one on one!
Once they are removed, we can finally get to watch some wrestling. And wrestling is what we get. Angelo and Jason are both the same size, and appear to have similar in-ring styles. They trade wristlocks, hammerlocks, side headlocks, rear waistlocks, and find ways to transition from being put in one more to putting on another. A side headlock by Jason becomes a hammerlock by Angelo, which turns into a hamerlock by Jason, which turns into a wristlock by Angelo, which turns into...you get the idea. It's called chain wrestling. You don't see much of it in 2021.
Jason Ryan goes for a short arm clothesline, but Angelo is able to duck and counter by rolling Jason up into a crucifix. This only gets him two. Angelo slaps the mat in frustration quickly, then gets back up to be rolled up into a small package by Jason. This also only gets two. Angelo throws his first actual strike of the match, a short forearm to Jaosn's jaw...and things quickly go from chain wrestling to brawling. Both men trade shots, Angelo attempts to whip Jason to the ropes...Jason reverses the whip, but has to duck a clothesline on the come back. Angelo comes back, lifting one of his feet...Jason is also puttting one foot up...
Holy shit. Jason Ryan superkicked Angelo across the face, but Angelo also just big booted Jason Ryan across the face. We have our first double down spot of the match. You would think they would both just lay there until somebody brought out the defib machine, and they did...until the referee started counting them both out. Then, they started to move around a little bit. Clearly, both of them got their bells rung. However, if one or both of them didn't get off the mat, the bell would ring to end the match...and that seemed to motivate both of them to get up and get back to it.
After what seemed like an eternity but was only a slow nine count, both men meet in the center of the ring. Jason whips Angelo to the ropes, he goes for a spinebuster….but Angelo stays on his feet! He goes for his trademark Time Bomb submission! He has Jason's arms up and his head down….but Jason is able to push Angelo back enough that he can reach around him and grab the ropes.
"DAMNIT!" Angelo looks up a tthe ref, who gives him to the count of five to let go. He does so, but gets a thumb to the eye by Jason Ryan for his troubles. The fans boo at Jason as he takes his sweet time laying down some shots in the corner. He takes Angelo up, all the way up….and yells out when they get there…
"This is as high as you're ever gonna get!"
Top rope superplex! Both men are down once again for the second time! They seem to have met each other's match, and for different reasons both have the same things driving them: pride and refusal to fail. The ref has to once again administer a ten count. And at nine….both of them are still down.
The ref barely gets his tongue to the roof of his mouth to sound the "t" in "ten" before both men are back up! Jason does a situp and roll, while Angelo actually kips up! This one is not over! Not by a long shot!
Jason with a right hand..Angelo fights back...he has him against the ropes! Angelo with an Irish whip...he misses with the big boot! Jason with a kick in the gut...he's got him on his shoulders! This could be the Silencer! No! Angelo drops down! He turns Jason around...kick to the gut of his own...D! D! T! He picked Jason up off the mat and DROVE his head into the canvas!
This could be it! Angelo knows it! He's going for the cover! One! Two!
Cerise out of nowhere with a steel chair to the back of Angelo! The ref is throwing the match out! The bell is ringing non stop! Dream and Anya are going after Angelo as well! The cavalry of officials is here to prevent them from hurting anyone else, but as far as our number one contender goes...that question is still left to be decided, for this match has ended in a no contest.
"Cool for the Summer" plays as Kylie Moore walks out. She is infuriated at the situation. She raises a microphone to her lips.
Kylie: This has gone on long enough. Left Hand, you want to start all of this? You want to attack Jin?
Daniel Dream shot a curious glance at Kylie.
Dream: Attack Jin? That had NOTHING to do with the Left Hand. We are a better than that.
Kylie shook her head.
Kylie: No worries, all will be revealed. I have spoken with Thomas Snow. On Legacy next week Cerise will team with Daniel Dream to take on Jason Ryan and Angelo the new co number one contenders for Mark Kelly's International Title.
The Left Hand all smirk as we cut away.

We're inside the office of Sin GM Kylie Moore, who is at her desk. A loud noise occurs, as she stands to meet Sora Weaver who has burst in unannounced.
Kylie: How's Jin doing?
Sora: Not good. His skull is potentially fractured, he lost a lot of blood. His career might be over Kylie, and you know who did this.
Kylie: Do you have any proof of this?
Sora: They sliced his left hand open, who else would do that? They already scrambled his skull like an egg, why go to that level? They're trying to send a message. They're scared, and they damn near killed someone over it.
Kylie: That's not proof though. You have nothing to show its them.
Sora: I know it is Kylie, I know it is. The timing is too perfect. I got so close to dethroning their friend, they knew Jin would do it at Rebirth. So they took him out of the equation. All after we tried to help Jessie on Legacy. It fits Kylie, it all fits together.
Kylie: OK well what do you want me to do about it?
Sora: I talked to Aph before I got in here. We want them at Rebirth. Pick two of them, and give us a street fight. They deserve to pay for what they've done. This needs to end, and we intend to end it.
Kylie: I can't do that by myself, because I only control the Sin roster. I'll reach out to Thomas Snow and see if he can agree. Just hold tight, and don't do anything stupid.
Sora looks unhappy still, but he walks out of the room leaving Kylie to herself. It fades to black as Kylie picks up a phone and starts to dial.

The champion side of the aisle looks on as they snicker a bit. Maggie Lockheart starts the match with Sora Weaver. Sora's mind is obviously elsewhere as they exchange rights and lefts. Sierra looks at the title. She snatches the title out of Chelsea's hands. She holds the title up in Chelsea's face. "Show N Tell" by Melanie Martinez blares as Cecilia Ortiz steps out with a microphone in her hand.
Cecilia: Ladies save it. Jin was set to announce that Tuesday Night Sin was going to remain Tuesday Night Jin as he faced Chelsea Leclair at Rebirth. With Jin sidelined by injury we need a new number one contender. At Rebirth Chelsea Leclair will defend the Revolution1 World Title against SIERRA SILVER!
Sierra smiles as Chelsea snatches her title back and the show fades to black.
